To serve as a conduit between the Bishop, Clergy, and local Knights’ councils and assemblies. This involves fostering unity among members, supporting religious vocations, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the Order.
The primary objective is to elect delegates to the Supreme Convention who will represent the interests of the Ontario State Council. This process is guided by a commitment to the principles of the Order and the welfare of the Church and community.

The Diocesan Association Toronto East is composed by 62 councils grouped in 13 Districts Deputies (DD) , XX 4th Degree Assemblies and Three Membership Information Officers (MIO). It is the largest zone in term of number of councils followed by Ottawa and Toronto West
Strengthen the bonds of fraternity and service within the Knights of Columbus by fostering open communication, mutual support, and shared resources among the various councils, assemblies, and districts that compose the zone. Through collaborative efforts, we aim to enhance our collective impact on the community, uphold the values of our Order, and contribute to the spiritual and social well-being of our members and those we serve.
